How to Deactivate the Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker (Windows XP with Service Pack 2)
Click "Pop-up Blocker" in the "Tools" menu, then select "Pop-up Blocker Settings":
In this way, you allow the address "www1.meteocontrol.de" to open a pop-up window:
Enter "www1.meteocontrol.de" as "Address of website to allow" and click "Add".
Enter "www1.meteocontrol.de" as "Address of website to allow" and click "Add".
Click "Close" to finish.
